GRANOLA RAISIN BREADMakes a 2 lb loaf
2 1/2 tsp
active dry yeast 2 1/4 cups
bread flour 1 cup
whole wheat flour 3 tbsp
instant nonfat milk powder1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp oil
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1 1/4 cups water
1/2 cup
granola1/3 cup
raisinsAdd all ingredients except granola and raisins in the order suggested by your
bread machine manual and bake on raisin bread setting.
At the beep add the granola and raisins.
This bread is good warm or cold.
