MANGO LEMON COOLER1 mango 1/4 lemon plus 1 slice for garnish crushed ice 1/2 cup sparkling mineral water Remove the skin from the mango. Cut the mango in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the fruit. Cut 1/2 of the lemon into slices, with the skin on. Process the mango and lemon in the juicer. Put crushed ice in tall glass and pour in the juice.
