CREME DE MENTHE BREAD
(CHOCOLATE MINT BREAD)


1 pkg yeast
2 1/2 cups Better For Bread flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp gluten
1/4 cup instant nonfat dry milk
3 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp white creme de menthe
1 cup plus 1 tbsp very warm water
1 cup mint-chocolate morsels

Add all ingredients (except chocolate morsels) into the pan in the order listed.

Select white bread and push Start. Add the chocolate at the beep, 88 minutes into the cycle. (33 minutes with Dak Turbo II)

Serving suggestion: spread quarter-round slices with cream cheese blended with the syrup from green maraschino cherries plus a few drops of mint extract, then top with a halved cherry.
