FRENCH HONEY BREAD

1 LB LOAF:
3/4 cup water
2 tsp honey
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp sugar
2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp yeast

1 1/2 LB LOAF:
1 1/8 cups water
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
3 cups bread flour
2 tsp yeast

2 LB LOAF:
1 1/4 cups water
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp sugar
3 1/2 cups bread flour
2 1/2 tsp yeast

Add ingredients following the instructions for your bread machine.

This wonderful, slightly sweet French bread is lightly colored with a light crispy crust. Expect a high-rising loaf.
