HEALTHFUL HUMMUS

1 (1 lb) can garbanzo beans (drain and save the juice)
2 tablespoons sesame tahini
3 teaspoons lemon juice
3 peeled small garlic cloves (or 1 large)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth. Mix in the saved juice to get desired consistency. Experiment with different spices for personalized flavor.
