TOASTMASTER BREAD MACHINE WHITE BREAD

1 1B. LOAF:
3/4 cup water (80 degrees F)
4 tsp oil
4 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 1/4 cups bread flour
1 tsp bread machine yeast

1.5 LB LOAF:
1 cup water (80 degrees F)
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast

2 LB. LOAF:
1 1/4 cups water (80 degrees F)
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
4 cups bread flour
2 tsp bread machine yeast

PROGRAM: BASIC

Add ingredients into bread pan in order given. Level flour after adding. Add yeast last. Replace bread pan in bread machine.

Select PROGRAM, LOAF SIZE, CRUST COLOR and set TIMER to delay or press START.

At beep in kneading process check to see if more water or flour is needed. If necessary, add by Tablespoonsfuls. Also scrape down sides of bread pan.
