OSTER POTATO BREAD
1 1/2 POUND LOAF: 1 1/4 cups water 2 tbsp margarine or butter, softened 3 1/4 cups bread flour 1/2 cup dry instant mashed potatoes 1 tbsp sugar 1 1/2 tsp salt 2 3/4 tsp regular active dry yeast (or 2 3/4 tsp bread machine yeast or 2 3/4 tsp fast-rising yeast)
1 POUND LOAF: 3/4 cup water 1 tbsp margarine or butter, softened 2 cups bread flour 1/3 cup instant mashed potatoes; dry 2 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 3/4 tsp regular active dry yeast (or 1 3/4 tsp bread machine yeast or 1 3/4 tsp fast-rising yeast)
Add ingredients in order recommended by machine maker.
Select WHITE cycle and press start.
