SHAKE AWAKE SMOOTHIE1 cup cold brewed double-strength coffee
1 banana
1 (8-ounce) container lowfat vanilla yogurt
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 cup ice cubes
Place all of the ingredients in a blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
