Hot Hamburger Dip

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup ketchup
1 (4 oz) can mushrooms, chopped
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon sugar
salt and ground black pepper (to taste)

Saute beef until brown.

Add onion and garlic; cook until tender.

Add all other ingredients and stir over low heat until cream cheese melts.

Pour into crock pot and keep warm.

Serve with corn chips or taco chips.
