BANANA, HONEY AND SOY MILK SMOOTHIE

1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 cup plain soy milk
About 1 cup ice
1 teaspoon honey (or to taste)

In a blender, combine the banana, milk and ice and process until the desired consistency. With the machine still running, add the honey. Taste and adjust the amount of milk and honey to taste. Serve immediately.

Per serving (varies according to brand of soy milk): 280 calories, 7 gm protein, 51 gm carbohydrates, 6 gm fat, 0 mg cholesterol, trace saturated fat, 141 mg sodium, 3 gm dietary fiber
