BANANA, HONEY AND SOY MILK SMOOTHIE1 banana, peeled and sliced 1 cup plain soy milk About 1 cup ice 1 teaspoon honey (or to taste) In a blender, combine the banana, milk and ice and process until the desired consistency. With the machine still running, add the honey. Taste and adjust the amount of milk and honey to taste. Serve immediately.
