TROPICAL MOCKALADA

1/3 cup brewed Lipton Regular or Decaffeinated tea, chilled
1/3 cup crushed pineapple in natural juice, chilled
1/4 cup light cream or half and half
1/3 large ripe banana
3 tablespoons cream of coconut
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 cup ice cubes (about 3 to 4)

In blender, process all ingredients except ice cubes until blended. Add ice cubes, one at a time and process at high speed until blended.

Garnish, if desired, with pineapple swizzle stick or pineapple chunks threaded on paper parasol.

Makes 1 serving
