CROCKPOT HOME STYLE JAMAICAN CHICKEN4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut in cubes 2 large onions, chopped 1 bunch green onions, chopped 29 ounces stewed tomatoes 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon curry powder 2 teaspoons granulated sugar 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce 2 bay leaves 1/4 cup water 2 cups long-grain white rice, uncooked (for serving) Combine all ingredients, except rice, in 5 quart crockpot. Cover and cook on low setting for 8-10 hours. Cook rice according to package directions. Serve cooked chicken mixture with cooked rice.
