ORANGE TEQUILA ICE

2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup tequila
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
5 limes, cut in half and pulp removed*

Mix sugar and orange juice. Blend in tequila and lime juice. Pour into ice cream maker and follow directions for ice cream.

Spoon into 10 empty lime halves and freeze.

*Hint: to remove pulp from limes, soak in hot water for 10 minutes, then pull pulp away from skin.
