NEW YORK RYE BREAD - FLORIDA STYLE
1 pkg active dry yeast (1 1/2 tsp.)
1 cup rye flour
2 tbsp gluten
3 cups bread flour
2 tbsp buttermilk powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tbsp caraway seeds
1 1/2 cups water
Add all ingredients to bread machine in order suggested by manufacturer and "start" (white bread mode).
