Hi I am the proud owner of a Black and Decker Bread Machine that I got from my husband at couple of Christmas's ago. I only used the bread machine a couple of times but was not really impressed with it's performance. I put it away for two years and recently took it out of storage and now I can't find my manual. HELP!!

I did no like the way it baked and on top of that I did not realize the difference in grain of flour from Canada to the U.S. (Husband bought it from a Canadian store) anyway does anyone have recipes for bread making machines? I like hot cross buns? I will be so grateful to anyone who can help me. And I can't figure out the "just mix" feature on bread (if there is such a thing) why do they make these things so complicated. Oh yeah I did get a VHS video but we no longer have a VCR talk about troubles... thanks anyone !!!!!
