My Welbilt ABM2100 has sat idle for several years since the manual was lost in a fire. I was delighted to find your website. I have tried the basic wheat bread recipe, using 1 cup wheat flour and 1 cup white bread flour. The bread raises nicely, but then falls. I remove the loaf as soon as the machine beeps. What do I need to do? Thank you.
