LEMON BREAD
1 pkg yeast 3 cups bread flour 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup butter, room temperature 3/4 cup milk, scalded 1 egg plus 1 yolk, room temperature 1/4 tsp lemon extract 2 tsp dried or freshly grated lemon peel
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bread machine, in order.
Set baking control (on the DAK) at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.
