LEMON-CRANBERRY SMOOTHIE

1 to 2 lemons
1 (8 ounce) container low-fat lemon yogurt
1/2 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce, chilled
4 to 5 ice cubes

Grate 1 teaspoon peel from lemons, and squeeze 3 tablespoons juice.

In blender, combine lemon peel, lemon juice, yogurt, cranberry sauce and ice, and blend until mixture is smooth.

Makes 1 serving (2 cups)
