BUTTERED RUM MILK SHAKES

3 cups low-fat butter pecan ice cream*
2 cups ice cubes
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon dark rum

Combine ice cream, ice cubes, milk, and rum in container or an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Serve immediately.

*If you can't find low-fat butter pecan ice cream, substitute low-fat vanilla ice cream, 1/8 tsp. butter-flavored extract, and 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans.

Servings: 4 (1 cup each)
