THE DE-STRESSOR
1/4 cup nonfat milk 6 apricot halves, canned, light syrup 1 orange 1/4 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or canned in own juice 1/4 cup wheat germ ice (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and whip until creamy.
