STATE FAIR CRACKED WHEAT BREAD

2 POUND LOAF:
1 1/3 cups water
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cracked wheat
3 cups bread flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
2 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
2 teaspoons Fleischmann's Bread Machine Yeast

Add ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer. (If dough is too dry or stiff or too soft or slack, adjust dough consistency.)

Recommended cycle: Basic/white bread cycle; medium/normal crust color setting.

Makes 1 (2 pound) loaf
