Here is the recipe I use for my Welbilt and LOVE IT.
Put in machine in this order:
Put a large egg in a 1 cup measure cup and fill to 1 cup with warm water 2 tbsp butter, margarine or lard 1/2 tsp salt 1 tablespoon sugar (can use Splenda as well) 2 cups flour 1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
Press start and in about 2 1/2 -3 hours warm fresh bread!
