This is the very bestest applesauce bread I have ever tried. I have been meaning to post it for quite a while...no other recipe comes close!

AAAPLESAUCE BREAD
Make 1 (2 lb.) loaf

1/2 cup apple juice
3/4 cup apple sauce
1 large egg
3 TBS butter, cut into pieces

4 cups bread flour (I use 2 cups all purpose, 2 cups whole wheat)
1/4 cup light brown sugar (optional)
1 TBS plus 1 tsp gluten
2 tsp salt (I used less)
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon or apple pie spice
1/2 tsp baking soda

2 1/4 tsp bread machine yeast

Place ingredients into the machine in the order directed by your manufacturer. Use sweet or basic cycle.
