Here are a few things you can try:
- Spritz a little non-stick cooking spray on the paddle/blade before adding the bread ingredients. I don't spray the sides of the pan but you could try that.
- Often it's the kneading blade stuck in the dough that makes it difficult to remove from the pan. After the final kneading, you can lift the dough from the pan, remove the kneading blade, spritz the post with non-stick cooking spray and place the dough back in the pan for baking (don't turn off the machine, just work quickly). Or, at this point you can remove the dough and bake it in the oven.
- If a baked loaf sticks to the sides of the pan, slide a small rubber or silicone spatula around the loaf to help release it.
