KAHLUA FREEZE

2 large scoops coffee ice cream (or 2 scoops vanilla ice cream)*
1 tablespoon instant coffee dissolved in 2 tablespoons hot water and completely chilled
1 tablespoon Kahlua (or 2 teaspoons rum extract)
1/3 cup heavy (whipping) cream
2/3 cup whole milk*
Whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles for garnish

Place ice cream in blender. Start blender, and add coffee, Kahlua, cream and milk, until blended.

Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles. Serve with tall soda spoons and straw.

*Ice cream and milk can be adjusted to achieve thickness you desire.
