I got a B2300 for Christmas this year and I cannot get a loaf of bread out of it that will slice! They all come out so soft that the second I put a knife to it, I sqaush the whole life!
I can't seem to find ANY recipes for this breadmaker. I can't convert the recipe into how heavy it's going to be... how am I supposed to know if it's a 2, 2.5, or 3 lb loaf? I can't weigh all the ingredients together, and I have no idea how to estimate this as I grew up in the metric era. If somebody could just post a recipe for a 2.0lb loaf of white sandwich bread, I would be eternally greatful (because the 3.0lb one in the manual does not work...) THANK YOU!
