hope this helps....I've made variations of several recipes included in the book.

The omelets are great, stuffed chicken breast (used ham and mozz), injected pork chops breaded, hot ham and cheese (better than hot-pockets), rice and broccoli with cheese, baked potatoes, etc...all have gotten rave reviews!
