2whole chix brsts 4 slices bacon 4tblsp butter pitted green olives with pimentos
stuffing
4 slices white bread 4tblsp milk 1/4 mushrooms 1 clove garlic parsley salt & pepper
make stuffing: soak bread in milk & squeeze out excess. thinly slice mushrooms,finely chop garlic & parsley. add to bread with salt & pepper. bone chix, flatten ( pound between wax paper to flatten, cut in 1/2. place bacon on each & put 2 tblsp stuffing in center, secure with toothpicks ( REMOVE TOOTHPICKS BEFORE SERVING !!!!) brown on all sides in butter. cover & cook for approx. 45 min. Add one olives last 5 minutes.
