Rhubarb pie with coconut-maringue topping!
That's summer for me, served in the garden on a wooden table
with a white hand-crocheted tablecloth and cups with roses on.
On the table should also be a big bowl of red raspberries,
just picked and sprinkled with sugar,
and a bowl of whipped cream mixed with vanilla custard...
