I found three (3) copycat Bisquick recipes, posted by Hobbs on October 6, 1998.
Hobbs, would you repost please?

Bisquick is one of those "cupboard items" I cannot do without. Us working women
need all the weeknight help we can get. It also makes a quick little Sunday
morning coffee cake that can't be beat. And never-fail pancakes. I've used it
for banana waffles too.

BTW, the website for make-a-mix is Real Food for Real People. There's a
treasure trove of make-a-mix and cake-in-a-jar type recipes there.
