I'm trying in vain to make hash browns like they serve in many restaurants such as Denny's, Waffle House etc....Many folks have said just buy the frozen grated potatoes..and take it from there......they are not available in this part of NJ.....I've grated my own, tried messing with them in a lot of different ways but have never achieved the "real thing" any suggestions ? All relpies are welcome
