Hi Janet, I used to work at Bonanza about 10 years (oh, god) ago. I'm
not certain if this is what you're looking for, but I remember the Chicken
Monterey Sandwich at Bonanza...I used to eat it all the time!! One of the
cooks told me that they marinate the chicken breasts in simple Catalina
dressing, then baste it with more Catalina as it is grilled. I tried it at
home a couple of times, and it does taste remarkably similar. Hope that
