Susan- Here's a pizza crust recipe I've used for years ...
Disssolve: 1 1/2 c warm water 2 pkg yeast
Add 1 1/2 Tbspn sugar 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/2 Tbspn olive oil or canola oil
Add 2 1/4 cups flour Add another 2 1/4 cups flour
Knead until well blended; can be used right away. I usually half the recipe as the above make alot of crust!!
