I got this recipe from Copykat website. I haven't tried it yet, but they usually have pretty close copies.
"Red Lobster" Lobster Fondue
2c. Velveeta 1/2c. milk 1/2t. cayenne pepper 1/2t. paprika 1 broiled lobster tail or 1/4 lb. crawfish tail meats, chopped 1/2c. chopped red bell pepper
Combine all the ingredients, except red bell, in a saucepan. Heat on med-low heat until all is melted through. When ready to serve, garnish with red bell pepper. |
