I have found that one of my most requested recipes is the Toll House cookie that I make. Everyone thinks it is a very different one.. but all I do is add an extra bag of chocolate chips, gourmet ones, like Ghiradelli, and add twice the vanilla, a strong one, like Adams. Use a cookie scoop that is equivalent to 1/8 c and cook the cookie until the edges start to brown, but the middle is just barely done.. remove and let set for 5 min (I use a Air bake cookie sheet also, so they never burn!)...I've yet to make them where someone hasn't asked for my recipe... enjoy!!
