1 stick butter
1 medium chopped onion
1 cup sour cream
1 8oz. cream cheese
2 10oz.packages frozen spinach
1/2 cup parmessian cheese
1 can chopped artichoke hearts drained
grated monterrey jack cheese

Melt butter and saute onion until soft. Mix all other ingredients except
spinach. Heat thoroughly. Cook spinach per package directions and drain. Add to
other ingredients. Pour into casserole dish and top with monterrey jack cheese.
Heat until cheese melts at 350 degrees.

Serve with tortillas, salsa and sour cream.
