Just got back from Disney World last week....been there, bought the cookbook!
I paid $19.95, yours for free! I figure what comes around goes around!
I've been to the Prime Time Cafe many times, but have never had the meatloaf...please let me know how it is!!

Mom's Meatloaf

2lbs. fround beef
1lb. ground pork
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
2 tbs. plus 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp cracked black peppercorns, or to taste
1/2 tsp coarse salt, or to taste
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbs. brown sugar
1 tsp Dijon mustard

1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly oil 2 8 1/2 inch by 4 1/2 inch loaf pans.

2. In a large bowl, combine the beef, pork, eggs, bread crumbs, onion, green pepper, red pepper, 2 tbs worcestershire sauce, pepper, and salt until well blended-do not overmix.

3. Divide meat mix in half, shape into 2 loaves, and place into prepared loaf pans. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temp is 155 degrees.

4. Maenwhile, in a small bowl, stir together the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and remaining Worcestersgire sauce. Brush the meatloaf with the ketchup mixture and bake 10 min longer.

5. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
