Hey...thanks again for your response. I have no problem continuing our conversation here...the only reason I suggested email is because I know I'm a beginner so don't want to irritate anyone with constant postings. Well, I don't mean to be impossible, BUT, I did exactly what you said to rise the bread. I turned the oven on for a little while and then put the bread in...it was REALLY weird because it did basically nothing for over an hour and one half (my bread machine made the dough and so had risen it for the first time) but then it was really odd because I went to bake it and it exploded into double its size! Besides the water, which I'm still not sure how you guys make dough with 1 and 1/2 cups of water, my only problem is with the taste...it just tastes like whole wheat (grainy is the best I can describe it as) unlike Outback's which taste almost sweet and is very soft. I have to experiment with this water some more...I must be doing something wrong because I had to use only 3/4 to one cup in order to get dough! Anyway, I would LOVE to try some of your bread but I am not really close to Savannah. I am in college at UVA in Charlottesville, VA. My good friend is from Savannah...I think his father is a pretty big lawyer down there...last name is Levy. I do have an idea and please let me know if you think it is nuts...how about mailing me just a little piece of the bread?? Even if it goes bad I would like to see it and see if it looks like mine...and, it could get here is a couple of days so shouldn't be too stale to at least get an idea from. What do you think?? I don't know...let me know if you think I'm nuts! I would be glad to send you a few dollars for ingredients and postage if the idea is not absurd. I would just like to see/try someones...maybe I'm being picky with the taste or something...I don't think mine is as close are others though...it KIND of resembles Outback but it's pretty far away. I look forward to your response...if anyone else out there has any thoughts please don't hesitate to jump in and state them!
Tyler
