Here is a vey easy Key lime pie recipe- It doen't look like it would be too hard to make a big batch and spoon into individual graham crusts. hope you find something!!
1 prepared graham cracker 9 inch pie crust 3 eggs, seperated 1/2 cup lime juice 1 1/4 can (14oz) sweet condensed milk 1 tsp. grated lime rind green food coloring (optional) 1/4 tsp. cream of tarter
beat egg yolks until light yellow. gradually beat in lime juice. stir in milk and lime rind until well blwended. add food coloring. pour mixture into crust. beat egg whites with cream of tatter until stiff peaks form. spread over pie. place in 325* oven until meringue is light brown. covera and refrigerate. garnish with twisted lime slices if desired.
