This is not Eli's though it is really delicious and always impresses. Though I do know what you mean about Eli's; their's is the BEST. This one is very creamy and not too sweet.
Triple Chocolate Vanilla Cheesecake
11/2 cups finely crushed Oreos 3 tablespoons Butter, melted 4 (8 oz) packages Cream Cheese, softened 1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk 4 Eggs 1/3 cup unsifted Flour 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract 6 (1 oz) squares Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted 1/2 cup Whipping Cream
Combine Oreo crumbs and butter, press firmly into bottom of 9” springform pan.
In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs, flour, and vanilla; mix well. Remove half of batter into second bowl.
Add of chocolate; mix well. Pour chocolate batter into prepared pan. Top evenly with vanilla batter.
Bake 50-55 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched. Remove from oven and carefully cut away from pan with knife; Cool COMPLETELY (several hours or over night); the cake may settle and/or crack as it cools.
Prepare chocolate glaze: Mix remaining chocolate with whipping cream and stir until thickened and smooth. Remove from heat; spread over cheesecake. The glaze should be smooth and glossy. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
