Dump Cake
1 box yellow cake mix 2 cans 20 oz crushed pineapple and juice or same size cans of fruit of your choice with juice (peaches, fruit cocktail, tart pitted sweet cherries, etc,) 2 sticks butter or margarine
Preheat oven to 350. In 9x13x 2 baking dish, dump two cans of pineapple and juice. Spread to evenly cover dish. Dump dry cake mix on top. Spread to cover, but do not mix. Chip the two sticks of margarine and cover the dry cake mix. Again, do not mix. (You can also melt the margarine and pour on top of the dry cake mix). Bake uncovered for 45 to 60 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Serve hot or cold. Nuts, chocolate chips, coconut, or raisons are optional.
