I found only one recipe for the Outback Steakhouse Walaby Darned. I have read their ingredient list on the menu and like the other bartender there was something missing. Well after a very long night of taste testing I found an ingredient that might replace the champagne and can be made in a blender with ease. The recipe is as follows:

1/2 bag Frozen Peaches
2-shots smirinoff vodka
2-shots peach shnapps
1-can bacardi peach daquiri mix

With the frozen peaches added there is no need for ice. Blend together the first three ingredients until slightly smooth adding a little water or some of the daquiri mix to aid in the blending. Add the daquiri mix at the end blending just to mix well. Pour into two daquiri glasses and add and extra shot of vodka on top for down under style. This is as close to the real thing as I can seem to come.
** Alcohol content can be limited to one shot per liquer in necessary.
