Pat In Pan Pie Crust

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup Crisco oil
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. sugaret
1 tsp salt

Mix all together until it clings into a ball. I use a fork and then my hands.

Pat in a 9 inch pie pan. Prick bottom and sides with a fork. Bake at 400 degrees about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
I use this for all cream pies, pecan, dutch apple,
peach, etc. Of course you do not bake the crust first for the fruit pies.

This never fails and you do not have the mess to clean up like when you roll a crust out.

Good luck.
