HOUSE OF BLUES ROSEMARY CORNBREAD
Makes one 9x11 cake pan
3 oz. frozen corn 1 tbsp fresh no-stem roughly chopped rosemary 1 cup heavy cream 1 pack corn muffin mix 1.25 oz 1/4 inch diced red petter 2 eggs 1 oz. minced shallot
Spray cake pan with non-stick oil and coat with granulated sugar. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into cake pan and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 300 degrees. Raise temperature to 325 degrees and bake an additional 20 minutes. Source: I Dunno4 Recipes |
