Does anybody know how to make those hot cinnamon toothpicks we used to get when we were kids? I know that they are back in stores again (if they ever weren't), but they are not HOT enough.
I purchased some Red Hot Cinnamon "Specialty Flavors" at the candy/cake making supplies store. It looks like a very thin oil. I don't know how to apply it to the toothpicks. Do I mix it with water, sugar, etc?
Any input is much appreciated.

Thank you, Gayla
