El Chico's Brandy Butter for Mexican Apple Pie
I've had the dessert and have made a decent copy of the sauce (IMO). No measurements are exact but take about a 1/2 stick BUTTER and about 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Melt over low heat until sugar is desolved. Add a teaspoon or more depending on your taste of brandy. Add heavy cream a little at a time not more than a tablespoon or so and you should have something that you'll enjoy and can play with the amounts to suit your tastes. I know I do.
