Tried Panera Bread Broccoli Cheese Soup recipe for last night's dinner...the family loved it! Have been trying to find a B/C soup recipe the whole family loves, and Hubby says this one is it! FYI: I used 2% milk (soup was still thick and rich), frozen broccoli (fresh would be better, but that's what I had on hand), and used just a touch of Velveeta with the cheddar. This was my first visit to this site, but with this success, I'm sure I'll be back!
