I don't think it's the one, but I sure plan to make it soon, I love gingerbread! As far as not going into Starbucks because you don't like coffee, they have many things without it, one is a selection of Vanilla Creme creations, very yummy, but pretty sweet. I think they can make many of their things without coffee. They also serve tea and juices. Their oatmeal raisin cookies are wonderful too! But if you aren't hooked on Starbucks it's probably best not to start!
