Kim, Thank you so much for ALL those recipes! One of the first two might be the one I'm looking for; however, I don't remember it having any coconut in the icing. The main impression I remember is a VERY MOIST cake with a butter and slight rum flavor in a cause over the top of it. I remember liking their bread pudding also so thank you for including that also! I wish Duff's hadn't gone out of business! Thanks again, June
