Iam searching for A copycat recipe. It is for quincys rest. cheese cake . This was the best cheese cake I have ever had anywhere. They don't have A quincys anywhere I know of anymore.I hope anyone can give me this recipe. It was A tall cheesecake ,light and fluffy, and very D'LISH. Thank you , Please help me. carolyn
